Wow! these are perfect! My whole family loves them
These lemon curd bars were absolutely phenomenal! They were the star of the dessert table at our family BBQ. The lemon filling is perfectly tart and silky, not overly sweet, and it pairs beautifully with the buttery crust. They are bright, refreshing, and bring back memories of summer.
