This almond flour cake is dense and delicious with hints of almond and lemon flavors dancing together. The cream cheese frosting layer is light and adds just enough sweetness to compliment but not overtake the flavors in the cake. It is a wonderful addition to the Peter's Kitchen summer flavors!
