This recipe was one of Peter's great grandmother's recipes and we are delighted to present them to you.

Apricot bars are chewy and crunchy all at the same time with a slight tang topped with a light dusting of powdered sugar.

Ingredients: flour(wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), white sugar, butter(sweet cream, salt), brown sugar(sugar, molasses), eggs, walnuts, vanilla(vanilla bean extractives, water, alcohol), powdered sugar(sugar, cornstarch), dried apricots
